And we recognize that this is a part of the life continuum. At any point in your life, you may have a struggle or challenge that you need to talk about with someone outside of your close circle.
This can include any of the following (but is not limited to:)
- Day-to-day life: waking up, getting kids ready for school, going to work, coming home, fixing dinner, making sure homework is done, getting everyone to sleep, managing household chores, finances, and bills.
- Feeling isolated
- Considering a big life decision (such as with a job, move, or relationship)
- Feeling overwhelmed, but maybe you don’t know why
- SOMETHING JUST DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT
