What to Expect Next: • Once you've submitted the New Client Form, you will receive an email in 24-48 business hours confirming whether we have therapists available who fit your needs. • If we do have therapists who fit your needs, you'll be provided with our Intake Packet to complete and a request to provide your insurance card images before being scheduled. • Once you and any accompanying patients complete your Intake Packet(s), you will receive another email with therapist and scheduling options. • If at any point you have questions during this process, please email us at administrative@myspectrumcc.com or call at 804.924.2236 (option#2).
